Class Registration Form

Juniper Fiberworks: Class Policy 

Note: students receive a 10% discount on class-related purchases.

Þ       * Full tuition and fees are required at the time of registration to reserve your spot. Please assume you are registered upon payment, as no confirmation will be sent. Early registration is recommended to ensure your place in class, and to prevent classes being canceled if minimum registration is not met.

Þ       * Please do not bring children to class.

Þ       * Refund Policy for Classes: You will receive a full refund if Juniper Fiberworks cancels a class. If you need to cancel, you will receive a refund if you give notification of at least ten (10) days prior to the starting date of class. This allows us time to fill the position you reserved. Otherwise all fees are non-refundable. Alternatively, you may send a friend in your place.

Þ       * Please check your personal calendars carefully to make sure you will be able to attend each class in a series. If you miss a session in a series you will need to  make arrangements and pay for a private lesson to cover your missed session. We must do it this way, as it is very disruptive for the other students, if one or more folks are playing “catch up” on the next session.

Þ        * Please purchase your supplies and finish any necessary homework before the start of the class.

Þ        * Please arrive 10 minutes before class to check in and get settled.
